Before a Session
- Submit the Online Health Intake Form at least 3 business days ahead of your appointment date. Include details of surgeries, accidents, injuries, pregnancies, illness or hospitalization, medications current & past and stressors relating to family, work, social groups etc.
- Indicate your preference of contact- in-office, Phone (provide phone#), Skype (provide Skype ID), Google Hangouts etc.
- Schedule an appointment (Times indicated are in Pacific Time) using the blue Schedule Now Button OR click on a service from the menu of services below.[Service Fees are listed below and maybe subject to change at any time.]
- Use the PayPal button on this page, to complete payment or request that an invoice emailed.
- I do not turn anyone away for financial reasons. If your personal situation requires special attention, please let me know.
- Services provided are not covered by Health or Medical insurance.
- Do not schedule any other energy treatments within 72-hours of receiving a Quantum Health Session.
After a Session
- Allow rest and downtime post session to allow integration. Support your restful state by dis-engaging from social media, drinking alcohol or other stimulating activity.
- Stay well hydrated throughout the day following your session with clean water.
- Please email me with your questions and feedback. If you loved your session with me, please share with friends & family and find out how you can receive a customer loyalty discount on referrals who book with me.
- Schedule a follow up session within 2-3 weeks. [3-Session packages available]
