Group Healing Session

Powerful group healing sessions are offered to coincide with the Solstice or Equinox. These times of year are powerful energetically. The power of the group is amplified when we get together with a similar intention. Sessions are live-streamed  via Zoom.  A recording will be sent to attendees after the session is complete.  Live attendance not required.

A group healing session will include a combination of Quantum Health bioenergetic protocols as well as Biofield Tuning. This is a great affordable way to experience a sample of Gayathri’s service offerings.

Mantra Chanting & Sound Healing

Explore Mantras as Sound therapy for healing the vital, mental, emotional and physical body. This is a 45-minute chanting session. Attendees are encouraged to use their voice loudly to feel the healing frequency of sound in their body. Please eat lightly 2 hours before this session. The therapeutic effects of music and sound on one’s state of mind and the effect on one’s emotions when listening to beautiful music are well known. Mantras are sacred syllables in Sanskrit coded with specific energy frequencies that correlate to various parts of the body and nervous system. Chanting is done in the ancient traditional styles to invoke masculine or feminine, calming or rousing energies, and to chant in devotion and love for God. Mantras can also be used to keep negative reactions at bay and amplify positive aspects of your Consciousness. Sound vibrations and frequency have a direct effect on the brain and nervous system which is our electrical system in the body and helps engage the rest and digest and repair systems of the body. Benefits of chanting and sound healing:

Yoga Nidra + Meditation

Yoga nidra (Yogic Sleep) is a yogic practice that is a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation that typically is done for 20-40 minutes. You are guided into a deep healing state between sleeping and being awake. This is a complete relaxation practice that can be done at the end of your work day to bring about deep rest and healing to the mind-body. Yoga Nidra enables us to restore our body, senses, nervous system and mind to their optimal function and awaken a deeper sense that allows us to feel wholeness, tranquility, and well-being and allows us to reach the most profound level of relaxation possible. The practice helps engage and adopt an attitude of surrender and letting go. As a meditation technique, yoga nidra offers a gentle approach, starting with body awareness, then working compassionately with thoughts and emotions as they arise, and gradually leading the meditator to access a greater field of awareness.
